Solana network grows in multiple areas: Are the tables turning for SOL
On January 22nd, Solana (SOL) regained a spot in the top 10 cryptocurrencies after experiencing a period of decreased value. There were signs of improvement in certain areas, such as its market capitalization and NFT ecosystem.
The value of Solana (SOL) went up by nearly 5% in the last week, corresponding with the expansion of its NFT ecosystem. According to CoinMarketCap, SOL was currently being traded at $24.68 and had a market capitalization exceeding $9.1 billion.
As stated in the official announcement, Solana Mobile revealed that they would be regularly adding new cards to the game. The initial card would be exclusive to original Saga Pass holders, and every week leading up to the launch, Solana Mobile will randomly distribute a card to player’s wallets.
Lego Hiring New Creative Lead For Metaverse Experiences
Despite Lego's initial announcement that it would not use NFTs in its metaverse experience, the company's creative director James Gregson has stated that the company is considering introducing NFTs as collectibles for the adult audience.
In light of that statement, Lego and Epic Games announced their collaboration to develop a kid-friendly metaverse experience in April of last year. Since the toy manufacturer is currently working to increase its metaverse workforce, they decided to publish a job advertisement that, among other things, offers the position of creative lead for interactive experiences.
